Fee Rate Setting (Emergency)

The California Board of Environmental Safety sets annual rates for DTSC fees which include the Facility Fee, Generation and Handling Fee, and Environmental Fee. The Board set fee rates for the 2024-25 fiscal year at its Board Meeting on August 29, 2024.
